Het Urker Zalmhuys is fully aware that our product is used for human consumption. That is why we work according to the highest standards in the field of hygiene and product safety.
The cold chain is not broken when the salmon is processed, so that the freshness is optimally maintained. Quality manager Davie Bakker and his colleague ensure that the product and production areas meet the requirements. The production processes of Het Urker Zalmhuys are, among other things, FSSC 22000 certified. This stands for a combination of HACCP, quality management, GMP, customer focus and various design requirements.
